Description

DANVILLE 65MM TURBO:

This turbo is good for up to 700hp.   This turbo can be used for towing, and still retains the turbo brake feature. This turbo will require a upgraded down-pipe, and may require tuning. This turbo still has the awesome Danville Performance sound.   This turbo will only work on LML’s, years 2011-2016.

DANVILLE 68MM TURBO:

This turbo is designed for 700-800hp range as a single with the appropriate supporting mods and up to 1000hp in a twin setup.   This turbo requires the older style down-pipe.  This turbo is not designed for towing, but can be used if needed.  This turbo still retains the turbo brake feature.  Tuning will have to be updated for this turbo.  This turbo will only work on LML’s, years 2011-2016.  If you have the 3 bolt down-pipe flange you will need to change your exhaust to the normal v-band flange style.   This turbo has the normal awesome Danville Performance sound.

FLEECE s362 FMW TURBO KIT:

The Fleece Performance LML S362 FMW Turbo Kit is a replacement turbocharger kit for 2011-2016 LML Duramax diesels. It comes with a 62mm FMW compressor wheel and high flow turbine wheel rated for 625 RWHP. This turbocharger kit is guaranteed to enhance your driving experience. You’ll enjoy the quick spool up and throttle response of a small turbo and still get the big top end power you’re looking for.

Important Notes:

  • Aftermarket tuning and aftermarket high flow exhaust are required for installation of this turbo.
  • The downpipe/exhaust interface is the 2011-2015 v-band style. 2015.5-2016 trucks will be required to use a 2011-Early 2015 exhaust system.

The HSP Compound turbo kit is a great option for both the weekend warrior or someone who uses their truck for hauling heavy loads and getting the job done. This setup allows you to bolt on a larger atmosphere turbo in conjunction with your factory turbocharger. This is a very versatile kit that will really bring your Duramax to life. Our turbo systems are available in a variety of color options to suit your needs. This kit can also be used in conjunction with a LML direct replacement upgraded turbo.

Capable of 650HP+ depending on tuning and fuel system options, This kit allows for both batterys to stay under the hood in the factory locations

HSP MAX FLOW KIT w/DRIVER SIDE INTERCOOLER PIPE:

Increase performance and flow with our upgraded 3″ Max Flow Bridge, cold-side tube, and VGT turbo mouthpiece. Our precision CNC machined bridge section allows for maximum efficiency, as well as a perfect fit every time. The mandrel bent 3” cold-side tube complements the Y-bridge for the ultimate in efficiency, flow, and maximizing the performance capabilities of your truck. This turbo mouthpiece in combination with the max flow bridge and cold-side tube, is a very versatile kit that will allow for future upgrades.

Also works with HSP compound turbo system and works with HSP single turbo applications. ***VGT and S300 KITS ARE DIFFERENT. THE KIT WILL BE DETERMINED BY WHICH TURBO OPTION IS SELECTED UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED OTHERWISE.

HSP INTAKE KIT:

The HSP LML Cold Air Intake is perfect for anyone looking to increase both performance, and the look of your engine bay. Our Intake is constructed of mandrel bent tubing for a smooth transition into the turbo charger. Our Intakes are available in a variety of color options to suit your needs.

WC FAB CP3 CONVERSION:

The Factory CP4.2 Pump Found on 2011 and newer Duramax’s has been known to be a problematic Component. Even the slightest amount of fuel or water         Contamination can ruin the pumps internals very quickly leading to metal debris spread throughout the entire fuel system. When these pumps fail it can lead to very costly repair jobs usually including all new fuel injectors, fuel system sensors, fuel lines, and complete cleaning of the fuel tank. We set out to develop a solution for this issue and came to market with the first CP3 Conversion kit in 2013. Our kit is tried and true and offers some items that other copy-kits on the market do not; a common issue we encountered is customers installing the CP3 Pump would break the brittle cast aluminum OEM pump mount bracket, so we designed a stronger Billet Aluminum piece to replace it and have not had an issue since. The Street Series Kit uses a smaller I.D. high pressure line than the Race Series Kit which connects to the factory port on the passenger side rail, where the CP4 use to feed. This kit is easier to install since the plug does not need to be removed from the rear of the passenger side fuel rail. We recommended this kit to be used with a stock or sportsman CP3 Pump. Any truck that is used in a performance application and is no longer under warranty we strongly recommend replacing the CP4 pump with the more robust and proven CP3 pump.

S&S CP3 INJECTION PUMPS:

  •     Sportsman has been proven to provide enough fuel up to +/- 650HP
  •     10mm has been proven to provide enough fuel up to +/- 800HP
  •     12mm has been proven to provide enough fuel up to +/- 1000HP

There are many variables in these trucks so these are relative HP numbers based on the vast majority of trucks. This is not a guaranteed HP number but more of a reference.

S&S INJECTORS:

All injectors are calibrated on genuine Bosch equipment in actual conditions. These are not just a run of the mill aftermarket nozzle thrown on an abrasive hone machine and put in box. S&S Diesel Motorsport will go the extra step to provide the up most quality which will equate to a better, smoother and more efferent running engine.

Once the nozzles are opened up to the desired flow percentage, then the injector is reassembled and the set is balanced to within +/- 5%

      -S&S Diesel Motorsport 20-30% Over Injectors:

This is our number one selling injector size due to price and functionality. This is a great upgrade from stock when your injectors need replacing and will work great with a factory CP3 pump. We always recommend the addition of a lift pump, but at this level isnt required. A 20-30% over injector will have a flow improvement that will help with fuel economy and throttle response. When properly tuned, engine longevity will be increased due to the reduction in pulse width and timing. Also, most of the smoke normally associated with bigger injectors can be cleaned up and the truck will still run as clean as stock.

 

     -S&S Diesel Motorsport 40-60% Over Injectors:

Injectors with 40-60% increase are great for guys with a moderate turbo upgrade. This level is probably on the large side for a factory sized turbo but can be used with them. Proper tuning will go a long way with larger style injectors as aftermarket box tuners will no longer be adequate. When using injectors in this size range, you should have a lift pump setup on your truck. Running twin CP3s or a least a modified injection pump is recommended for ideal performance.

 

     -S&S Diesel Motorsport 70-100% Over Injectors:

Injectors with a 70-100% increase are great for those running larger single turbo or compound turbocharger applications. Generally used in drag racing or sled pulling applications but can be streetable with proper tuning. At this level, you will NEED to have a modified stroker CP3 pump or twin CP3s as well as a lift pump to properly supply these injectors with enough fuel.
